The Good Guys – Support Centre Relocation
When The Good Guys, one of Australia’s premier retail brands, decided to centralize their support centre it meant amalgamating the staff and office infrastructure of five separate locations. With a seven day per week operating time frame and a strict requirement to be able to provide a continuity of customer service throughout the relocation this project presented some unique challenges. Officemovers facilitated several meetings that resulted in a meticulous relocation plan catering for all aspects of the move and taking in to account the operational requirements of more than 500 staff. Officemovers were able to successfully complete the relocation over a single weekend whilst ensuring that the support services and logistics resources provided as a core part of The Good Guys business remained unaffected throughout.
